No - you have full flexibility. You cancel your Subscribe & Save order whenever you wish. A reminder that if you cancel your order, you will no longer receive the 5% discount off your products. You are able to re-join Subscribe & Save at any time.
Absolutely - simply log into your account to skip or delay your next order.
In the unlikely event your product is out of stock when it's time to send your order, we will send you an email to inform you of your order delay. As soon as the product you ordered is back in stock, we will send it out to you.
Your card will not be charged until this point.
If you wish to make any changes to your subscription, you can do this by logging into your account and going to 'Subscriptions'.
If your payment does not go through, we will send you an email prompting you to check and update your details. We will then retry your card again 24 hours later, and every 3 days after that - up to 6 attempts in total. If we are unable to successfully process payment after 6 tries, your order for that cycle will be skipped.
It’s entirely up to you! Choose a frequency anywhere between 2 to 26 weeks. You’ll be able to change this frequency anytime by logging into your account and updating your subscription settings.
Our product pages include feeding guides to help you estimate how long each product will last your pet — however each pet is different and so this depends on a range of factors including size, activity and life stage.
